The most astonishing thing about the recent world events was how quickly people returned to their everyday life following the end of individual impacts.
The motivational impulses may be different in nature, but the starting point remains the same.
Self-reflection and our admission that we cannot change anything in the past helps us to better perceive and accept the present to redefine our goals. Through mobility and networking on a global level, our awareness, both collectivity and individuality, was strongly distorted. The worldwide events forced us abruptly to think about and address our repressed feeling and emotions.
We must learn to differentiate where to think and act individually and where think and act collectively. Collectivity must not enter in the shadow of individuality, rather we should strive to achieve parity. This is in the interest of all. Our existence will always consist of strokes of fate, what counts is what we take away from the respective situation in terms of learnings and how we use these for self-motivation.
The challenge lies in questioning the tried and tested. It takes courage to venture out of your comfort zone and try something different. Spiritual development can only occur if we change our perspective. And therein lies the chance to rediscover our creativity to positively counteract events of any kind.
